• Warranty is limited to 20 years on commercial window parts.
• Condensation is not a product defect but a result of excessive humidity.
• Natural wood products are not warranted against variation in grain, color, or moisture damage.
• The warranty does not apply to damage caused by installation, accident, fire, flood, explosion, misuse, abuse, vandalism, or other external forces.
• Warranty can be transferred for $100 paid to Parco Manufacturing, Inc.
